What is CentreFest?
CentreFest is Red Deer's International Street Performer Festival. It is the largest, most affordable, most accessible festival in central Alberta with over 28 000 attendees last year.
CentreFest 2012 will be our tenth festival, and we anticipate the biggest and best one to date. CentreFest 2012 will see downtown Red Deer come alive with outrageous acts of wonder and amazement, as contortionists, jugglers, magicians, and other forms of street performers of all kinds showcase their diverse talents.
Once again, CentreFest will host street performers from across the globe, with a compelling Street Market filled with local comedians, actors, face painters, and visual artists. Don't miss the ever popular Kids World and Rotary Water World, and or the myriad of other amusements available for all ages at CentreFest.

CentreFest has grown to become Central Alberta's largest festival. We had approximately 28 000 attendees come to the site in 2011. A festival of this size would not be possible without the support of our volunteers, sponsors, community partners, and the organizations who graciously help us with funding. CentreFest requires hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of cash sponsorships, grants and in-kind sponsorships. We would like to give our heart felt thank you to the individuals and organizations who ensure that this festival remains operational, and remains free to the general public. Thank you.
